I started laughing when I opened the first panel cuz the cover is totally different. Like it was from some other manhwa 😂 but about chapter 45, they indeed show up as the uncensored smut version of them. It was so random that I thought it was a mistake again. But it’s not, since they showed up again. How can they add this on a wholesome manhwa? it so out of place 😂. Anyway, the story is decent but feels lacking to me. Its like a knock off version of a popular manhwa with similar hospital setting as well.

Actually it was a nice plot… simple but fun…. I was surprised too about the past in uncensored version… but I think that part makes more realistic… I think they showed the wholesome version in the couple’s prospective… it’s not shady dirty hentai…. But pure love.. some realistic think happens when a men and women love each other.
